Terms & Conditions for ARISE Conference

By purchasing a ticket to ARISE Conference, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this product and the extensive planning involved, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure your availability before purchasing. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person. Please email [email protected] at least 7 days before the event with who you are transferring your ticket to.

2. VIP Swag Bags – Limited to the First 50 Registrants

The first 50 people to purchase a VIP ticket will receive a swag bag upon check-in at the event. This is a complimentary bonus for early registrants and cannot be held or guaranteed if you do not attend in person or register after the 50 slots are taken.

3. Liability Waiver

By attending ARISE Conference, you agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or losses that may occur and release the organizers, hosts, volunteers, and venue from any liability.

4. Media Release

The event may be recorded, photographed, or live-streamed. By attending, you grant ARISE Conference and its affiliates permission to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes in perpetuity and without compensation.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe, inclusive, and faith-centered environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or disrespect will result in removal from the event without refund.
